It's like a boozy, bubbly, blueberry lemonade!
Ingredients
- 5.25 Liters of Vodka or Gin
- 2 bottles Happy Camper Collins Syrup
- 1 bottle Happy Camper Blueberry Fruit Concentrate
- Water
Instructions
- Pour Vodka or Gin, Happy Camper Collins Syrup, and Happy Camper Blueberry Syrup into 5 gallon keg.
- Fill with water.
- Carbonate, refrigerated, at 25 PSI.
- To serve, fill cup with ice and draft Collins into cup. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
Tips
Works well with any fruit! Try a Strawberry or Blackberry Collins.
